We aim to ensure uninterrupted Website operation but do not guarantee constant availability. Access may be limited for maintenance, technical updates, or force majeure. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

Users may be required to create an Account to purchase Products. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for any actions under your Account.
We may suspend or delete Accounts containing false data, engaging in fraud, or violating these Terms.

You agree not to use the Website or Products for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:

We do not store full payment card details. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be subject to KYC verification or blocked under AMLD6 compliance.

Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery is deemed complete once the download link or license key is provided. You are responsible for maintaining access and backups of purchased Products.

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Products for lawful purposes. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or claiming authorship is prohibited.

If you are an EU consumer, you may cancel your Order within 14 days unless you requested immediate access to the digital content. By initiating a download, you expressly waive your withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Chargebacks should not be initiated without first contacting support@meshoria.com. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
We cooperate with banks and PSPs to resolve disputes under PSD2 and applicable card scheme rules. Users can also access the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

To comply with the 6th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6) and EU sanctions, we may perform user verification (KYC), transaction review, or hold funds pending identity confirmation.
We may report suspicious activity to financial institutions and competent authorities as required by law.

All Website content, including text, designs, models, and code, is owned or licensed by Keyvenor OÜ. Unauthorized copying, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.
