Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Keyvenor OÜ, registry code 17292521, registered address: Tornimäe 7, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, 10145, Estonia (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
It applies to all purchases of digital products (3D models, textures, animations, and related digital assets) made through our Website: https://meshoria.com (“Website”).
1. Scope
This Policy governs refunds, returns, and cancellations of purchases made on the Website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy. This Policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, PSD2, and AMLD6 requirements.
2. Final Sale of Digital Content
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link, license key, or activation code is delivered or accessed. Digital items are intangible and cannot be returned.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of conclusion.
By accessing or downloading the Product immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
We store your consent confirmation and timestamp for audit trail purposes as required by PSD2 and banking KYC compliance.
4. Refunds for Failed Delivery or Technical Defects
You may request a refund if:
- The Product cannot be delivered due to technical issues attributable to our systems; or
- The provided license key or download link is non-functional or inaccessible.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to: support@meshoria.com.
All refund claims are subject to verification and fraud screening.
5. Refunds for Unused / Non-Activated Keys
Refunds may be approved if the license key or download link has not been used, activated, or accessed, and if the request is made within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing & Verification
Refunds will be processed only after verifying that:
- The product was not activated or used;
- The refund reason complies with this Policy; and
- The transaction passed AML/fraud checks.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
7. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Activated or downloaded products;
- Customized or user-modified files;
- Issues caused by user hardware/software incompatibility;
- Transactions flagged for AML/fraud or chargeback abuse.
8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Unilateral chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

We cooperate with payment processors and banks in good faith to resolve legitimate disputes under PSD2 and card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard/SEPA).
9. AML / Fraud & PSD2 Compliance
To comply with the 6th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6) and PSD2, all refund requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC).
Suspicious or repeated refund requests may be reported to competent authorities and PSPs.
Refund data, including transaction identifiers and communication logs, is retained for five (5) years as required by law.
10. Data Protection
All refund-related data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
We use secure, encrypted channels for communications and do not store full payment card details.

11. Currency & Fees
Refunds are processed in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction.
Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable unless legally required.
12. Recordkeeping & Audit
We maintain complete audit logs of all refund requests, approvals, and denials for compliance with banking due diligence and PSD2 audit requirements.
Data is securely stored for seven (7) years in accordance with AMLD6 and Estonian accounting law.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be published on the Website.
Material updates will be communicated by notice on the Website or via email.
